- Log in to Your Proteryx Account:
- Go to the Proteryx website App: app.proteryx.com
- Enter your registered email address and password to log in.
- Navigate to Your Account Settings:
- Once logged in, look for your profile icon or account menu. This is usually located in the top right corner of the dashboard.
- Click on your profile icon or the account menu.
- From the dropdown menu, select "Subscription".
- Find the Subscription Management Section:
- Within your Account Settings, you should find a section related to your current subscription. Click on this section.
- Initiate Cancellation:
- On the subscription management page, you should see details about your current plan.
- Look for a button or link to "Cancel Subscription," "Downgrade" . Click on this.
- Confirm Cancellation:
- You may be asked to confirm your cancellation. Please follow the on-screen prompts.
- You might be asked for a reason for cancellation. While optional, providing feedback helps us improve Proteryx.
- Carefully review any information presented regarding the cancellation, such as the effective date of cancellation and any potential impact on your access.
- Click the final "Confirm Cancellation" or similar button to proceed.
- Cancellation Confirmation:
- Once the cancellation is successful, you should receive a confirmation message on the screen and potentially an email to your registered email address. Please keep this confirmation for your records.
Important Notes:
- Your access to Proteryx features will typically continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
- If you cancel mid-cycle, you will usually not receive a refund for the remaining period. Please refer to our Terms of Service for our refund policy.
- If you encounter any issues during the cancellation process, please don't hesitate to contact our support team .
